We ship using US Post Office Priority Mail Service (from the state of Pennsylvania). When warranted, such as shipping live reptiles, US Post Office Express Guaranteed Overnight will be utilized. We cannot ship international or to Florida due to regulations there.
Please note before making any purchase that all sales are final unless found to be defective or damaged during shipping.
Blaptica Dubia Terms and conditions
Live arrival is guaranteed. If by some chance your dubia arrive DOA, your order will be replaced free of charge if the following conditions are met:
1- You must notify me within 24 hours of receiving your order and return the expired dubia immediately.
2- Upon receiving back your shipment I will send out a new order or refund your payment. There will be no refunds or replacements without the return of the original order.
3- The buyer must pay for the return shipping when returning the defective order, this will not be refunded.
4- By making payment the buyer agrees to these terms without exception.
